MEDICAL CLINIC DIRECTOR

Salary: $54.00 an hour

Requirements:
● Doctor of Medicine or equivalent (MBBS, etc)
● At least one year of experience as Clinic Director or similar role, preferably in an endoscopy setting
● Attention to detail
● Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced setting
As the Medical Clinic Director of The Toronto GI Clinic, you will oversee the administration, operations, and strategic planning of a medical clinic, ensuring efficient, effective, and compliant delivery of healthcare services.
Main Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the delivery of health care services within the clinic
• Consult with executives and stakeholders to maintain and establish standards for the provision of health care services
• Develop evaluation systems to monitor the quality of health care given to patients
• Monitor the use of facility resources to ensure they are utilized effectively
• Develop and implement plans for new programs, special projects, new material and equipment acquisitions and future staffing levels in the clinic
• Plan and control clinic budget
• Represent the clinic at meetings with government officials, the public, the media and other organizations
• Supervise and coordinate workflow between administrative staff and healthcare professional
• Recruit and train health care staff for the clinic
